As of the publication of this journal, a message has not been received                              
stating the Governor transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies of                               
the following resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for                                    
permanent filing:                                                                                   
                                                                                                    
          SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 17 Relating to                                                
          the Alaska-Yukon Intergovernmental Relations                                              
          Accord, to annual legislative exchanges, and to                                           
          continuing intergovernmental work on matters of
